Cheyenne Lewis is a Lithia native who began her legal career in 2019 when she became a student at Florida State University College of Law. In the summer of her first year of law school, she began working with Christopher and Andrew as they were forming Calandro Law in Riverview, FL.
Cheyenne is currently a second-year law student. As a second-year, Cheyenne serves as a Staff Editor for the Florida State University Law Review and is a member of the Florida State University College of Law Trial Team. Both organizations allow admission on an invitation-only basis to exceptional law students. As a member of the Florida State University College of Law Trial Team, she competes against students from law schools across the nation in trial-level litigation. In her most recent competition, Cheyenne was a finalist and received the award of Best Witness.
She is also the President of Florida State’s American Civil Liberties Union. Additionally, she is Lexis Advance Practice-Ready certified and has received a Silver Legal Research Certificate from Florida State University College of Law.
A proud double-Nole, while earning her Bachelor of Science degree in International Affairs, Cheyenne was a member of Florida State’s Honors College and a member of Honors Legal Scholars, an organization designed for high-achieving undergraduate students who are passionate about a career in the legal field. During her undergraduate career, she interned for the U.S. House of Representatives and the Florida Senate. Upon graduation from Florida State University, she graduated summa cum laude with a 4.0.
Cheyenne spends her free time cheering on the Florida State Seminoles, spending time with her family, and playing with her dog, Benji.
